Pricing
Our quotes are billed as a flat fee, calculated based on an hourly rate and an estimate of the time it will take us to complete the cleaning. For example, if we quote you 3 hours of cleaning time at $42/hr per cleaner, your flat-rate fee will be $252 (before discounts).
This means that you will always know the total cost upfront. It also means that if a clean takes us longer than estimated, you will not be billed for the additional time. Our standards are high. And we never want time constraints to get in the way of a job well done.
The following factors influence our time estimates and your quote total:

- Number of bedrooms & bathrooms
- The presence of pets & children in the home
After receiving your free quote, we always recommend scheduling a walkthrough with us before booking your first clean. The walkthrough ensures that our quote is accurate and that any customizations or changes needed are addressed in advance.

We never rush to finish the job or hurry to get in and out of your home. All our cleans are scheduled in a thoughtful manner that allows us plenty of extra time to make sure we do the job right.
Sometimes that means cleaning for longer than estimated. But the best part is, you won't pay for that. Because we charge a flat rate for all our cleans, you will never be billed for any additional time it takes us to complete a clean.

While cleaning times can vary widely based on your unique home, below are some estimates of an average routine clean for a home with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and minimal clutter.
Weekly
A 3 bed, 3 bath home will typically take between 2-3 hours for a weekly clean
Biweekly
A 3 bed, 3 bath home will typically take between 3-4 hours for a biweekly clean.
Monthly
A 3 bed, 3 bath home will typically take between 4-5 hours for a monthly clean.
