Number of bedrooms & bathrooms
The presence of pets & children in the home
Distance from our head office in Bergan, AB

All of these factors influence your quote total. The beauty of our flat rate fee model is that you know the total cost upfront. It also means that no matter how long the clean takes to meet our high standards, you will never be billed for the additional time.
