NaturePure Cleaning Co. Terms of Service
Welcome to NaturePure Cleaning Co.'s terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- By booking our services you affirm that you are the owner of the premises or are authorized by the owner of the premises where the service will be conducted.
- All payments for routine cleaning services must be paid in full and are due upon receipt.
- Payment is due upfront and prior to the date of service for all new clients, deep cleans, and move-in/out cleaning services in order the secure the booking.
- Any accidental damages caused to the property during our service will be the responsibility of the customer. However, identical replacement is always attempted but never guaranteed. We request that all valuable, irreplaceable, collectible, or heirloom items (whether monetarily or sentimentally valued) be stored and/or not cleaned by our team. Damaged or broken items must be reported to the NaturePure Cleaning Co. office within 48 hours of service. Note: NaturePure Cleaning Co. is not responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of any item. All surfaces (e.g., marble, granite, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to be cleaned without causing harm.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, or poor road conditions.
- Any changes or cancellations to scheduled appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left on the property during our service.
- The customer is responsible for providing access to the property during the scheduled appointment time.
- We reserve the right to terminate service at any point and for any reason should we or our staff feel unsafe or at risk of personal harm during or after the time of service.
